Overview

This audit is conducted in accordance with the WCAG-EM guidelines.

This audit is conducted following the Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology (WCAG-EM) as described by W3C.

To get a good understanding of the digital accessibility of a product, it is necessary to conduct a manual investigation. This investigation should cover all domains, subdomains and/or subdomains that form a logical whole with the main domain of the product. With the WCAG Evaluation Method (WCAG-EM), we take accurate samples, so that there is a complete picture of the digital accessibility of the product. We investigate where the product does not meet the guidelines.

Testing is largely done manually and based on a sample. The investigation concerns a sample of the product. The results are written down per sample. If a type of accessibility problem occurs on multiple pages, one or several examples are given.

Because we work with a sample, and we give one or several examples per finding, you must look at the report yourself to see where the error may occur elsewhere.

At the beginning of the investigation, we look at which "type" pages and content are relevant for this sample. Think for example of the homepage, a frequently asked questions page, video and image material, PDF files and content pages. Which these are and the result is clearly included in the investigation.

In addition to using the WCAG-EM, we also provide personal advice from our expertise. This means that we also look at parts of the product that are not included in the guidelines, but which we believe should be changed to better serve the target group.
