With new ingredients, plant-based is even more oat-mazing!

Oatmilk, the newest base used across Danone’s plant-based offerings, offers a creamy texture and neutral taste, which allows for flavors to shine through and creates a new experience for delicious dairy alternatives. Silk and So Delicious Dairy Free, our U.S.-based brands, have recently announced the launch of oat-based yogurt alternatives, with creamy, thick textures and bold flavors! Find out more about them here.

Plant-based goodness

On the heels of oat’s rising popularity in plant-based lifestyles, Silk’s and So Delicious’ yogurt alternatives combine gluten-free oats with live and active cultures to create creamy yogurts. Each of these plant-based yogurt alternatives are nut-free, soy-free, certified gluten-free, certified vegan and Non-GMO Project Verified.

Silk and So Delicious are proud to be part of the B Corp Movement, taking responsibility seriously, which includes sourcing standards and manufacturing practices. The two brands, belonging to Danone North America, the world’s largest certified B Corporation, are committed to doing the right things for people, animals and the planet.

Silk’s Oat Yeah! Yogurt Alternatives

Silk, the number one plant-based food and beverage brand, has recently unveiled ‘Oat Yeah Oatmilk Yogurt Alternatives’. The range comes in four flavors: Vanilla, Mixed Berry, Strawberry and Mango.

From the beginning, over 25 years ago, Silk’s mission has been to produce delicious alternatives to dairy that deliver the taste, nutrition, ease and environmental stewardship that the brand values. Silk is the plant-based food and beverage category leader and was the first company to make refrigerated plant-based beverages widely available with soymilk. Since then, Silk has continued to innovate and grow the category, with new introductions like Silk Almondmilk, Cashewmilk, Coconutmilk and most recently, Oatmilk and Oatmilk Yogurt Alternatives.

In fact, earlier this year, the brand came out with an oatmilk beverage alternative. With a creamy texture and taste, Oat Yeah oatmilk is vegan and free of nuts, soy, carrageenan, and artificial flavors and colors. It’s also an excellent source of calcium, vitamins D and B12, and riboflavin. The beverage comes in three flavors: The Plain One, The Vanilla One and The Chocolate One.
