Throughout the company and across all our brands, our commitment to our mission of 'health through food' is always at the forefront. Since 1996, we have realigned our portfolio to better support health. To this end, we have acquired new companies, become market leaders, built strong local brands, and expanded into new regions. Today, Danone focuses on three categories: essential dairy and plant-based products, natural mineral water, and specialized nutrition.
To further expand our positive impact, we launched our sustainability roadmap, called the 'Danone Impact Journey', in 2023. The health section of this roadmap includes 10 new goals that focus on reducing sugar and improving children's nutrition.
Our products are consumed regularly by millions of people around the world. We want to positively influence people’s health by developing products that meet consumers' preferences and nutritional needs and contribute to a balanced diet.
Our everyday products contain important nutrients such as calcium, protein, and vitamins, while sugar and saturated fats are limited. One of our key goals for 2025 is to further reduce the sugar content in our products for children without compromising on taste.
