A cultural attitude in the company
Last update april 2009
:: Sharing information is a key factor in the performance of major companies and also contributes to people development. Since 2003, the Danone group has promoted a “networking attitude” designed to encourage exchanges between managers and the direct sharing of good practices between subsidiaries without necessarily having to pass through the usual hierarchical processes.
As a key performance lever for Danone in its ambition to become “the fastest moving food company”, networking consists in establishing contacts between people that have tried out good practices (givers) and those that need them (takers).
