Talent Acquisition Manager Working in shared services for my country, I coordinate the sourcing and recruitment activities. I also define an employer branding strategy.

I set up a partnership with employers and associations of my employment area to work on employability and professional integration.

  HR Business Partner I am the HR SPOC person for a dedicated function dealing with internal mobility, team building and recruitment. I manage individual career moves and help teams build a strong collective engagement.

  Organization Development Manager Acting as Internal Consultant, I ensure that my Business Unit is organized to answer business needs. I work on 3 main levers: organization efficiency, learning strategy and employees engagement.

Internal trainer for the Danone Leadership College, I facilitate learning sessions to enforce leadership attitudes in all teams.
