Working in HR is what I’ve always been passionate about – and choosing Danone was just the perfect match! Danone has always offered me great challenges and opportunities to grow. I started out within HR at the Waters Division in Germany, then took over HR management for Switzerland and finally made my dream come true and moved internationally. I’m currently working in Talent Management for Operations in the Fresh Dairy Business in France. By ensuring to bring the right people into the places where they can perform and grow at their best. It’s a highly fulfilling job – especially because at Danone we believe in our people and by developing our teams, we all grow together! If you dare to try something different, Danone is the perfect place for you. You will quickly take on various challenges, make others grow with you and finally surprise yourself!

Danone is my first company. I've been working here for 3.5 years and I am so proud of being a Danoner for many reasons. The most exciting one is the intrapreneurship and the flexibility in this company, which means whenever you have an idea, you can realize it! In Danone, you don't need to be an expert in your field. Explore your talent, dig out your potential, find it and be yourself! CODES represents our leadership culture. I am always inspired by this leadership vision. The E, empowerment, is my first source of inspiration. In my first 3 months at Danone, which was the first 6 months after graduated from university, I was appointed as project leader of a 750K€ project, leading a 4-people project team. All through the project, I got enough autonomy as well as coaching and support from my boss. The first 3 months were tough but rewarding!
