I am senior Brand Manager in charge of Digital and Media for Danone Dairy. In a nutshell, my mission is to manage digital and social content for Danone's brands, to make strategic recommendations for media planning on both traditional (TV, Print...) and Digital media. I face new challenges everyday: I never do the same things in a week, I am in touch with consumers, and I get their expectations and the social trends. I must find innovative and creative ways to communicate. To perform in this job, I would say that you have to be curious, able to work with people from different functions and backgrounds and always keep innovating, looking for new solutions and ways to engage consumers. At Danone, people think that anyone can bring a lot to the company, no matter if he is an intern or CEO. There is not one day which is the same at Danone, the environment is stimulating, I work with passionate people and my professional & personal development is a priority for my supervisor. Working at Danone has helped me to discover who I really am, by allowing me to be the same person in my personal life and in my professional life.
