Reinventing the Learning Process

:: DANONE’s changing environment means reinventing new methods of learning and development within the company. It has brought together all the resources necessary to advance under the label “Learning by DANONE”. These include traditional training courses structured around DANONE’s unique know-how and also new learning directions, helping employees in their own development.

Training at DANONE is organised around “functional training paths” which draw an average of 1,800 managers (20% of the Group’s managers) each year. The objective is to help employees develop their business skills, with special attention paid to DANONE’s specific know-how and practices.

“Learning by Danone” goes beyond the strict framework of traditional training and encourages each employee to explore other ways of learning and development.
